Despite previous fears that it would be demolished, I am pleased to report that over the last few weeks refurbishment work had been ongoing and it now appears to be near completion.
As to what use the building will be put to as yet remains a mystery

I've heard on the grapevine that at least part of the building is being taken over by a local building company. If that's correct, it's reasonable to assume that the builder doing the renovation work is the one who's moving in.

Moving in, ??? to do what !!, do you know whats being done with the building.
