i would have come but i am on a diet ,........not had a drink not for two weeks to drop all them calories, also been eatting one meal a day , with a shake in the morning and a shake at night....... :lol2:

Up to now i have done very well, i have kept to a stricked diet plan, and been jogging with the dog.

so up to now its  :54: for me lol , lets see how it goes i say, i know one thing its hard to diet, and i really mean to do this no matter what i have to give up in the food and beer market.

But when i have got to the right weight, back to normal then, ........AS Mondeo said to me so many times ......YOU ARE WHAT YOU ARE.

LOL

Cheers

Lets not hog this post from Simba, as this post is about HOGANS st pats night, not about me dieting is it tommie.

If you want to chat about my diet then maybe starting a new thread, would be a point in the right direction  :003:
