Saturday was the first day of the new season , East won 26-14 at York ,Miners beat Wigan St Pats 25-10 in Wigan, well done both teams

Bad night for the Leigh teams last night , Miners lost 38-12 at home to Thatto Heath , East lost at Wigan St Judes 30-12
