2 he/she is medically fit;

3he/she has attained the age of 21 years;

5 he/she must pass a police criminality check carried out by the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) to ensure safety to the public

How to Access This Service

You can complete an application by downloading the application forms below.

Once the application form has been completed, you need to make an appointment to visit our Offices, bringing with you the following documentation:

1 the completed application form

2 your DVLA Driving Licence (original - not a photocopy) showing your current address

3 your passport or birth certificate and recently utility bill confirming your current address

4 colour passport type photographs taken within the last month.

fee (see below) All fees paid are non-refundable.

Applications will not be accepted without production of the above.

The medical form needn't be completed at this stage. You may wait until the necessary checks have been returned to us. It is worth noting that, should you decide to withdraw your application for whatever reason, the fee paid by you to your GP is non-refundable. Therefore, it is entirely up to you to decide at which point during the application process that you have the medical.

Upon production of the forms at the licensing office, you will be asked to complete a form to enable us to check with the Criminal Records Bureau for any records held against you. Please be aware that we normally allow approximately up to 8 weeks from receipt of your application for return of these checks as this is the average time that they take.

We look forward to receiving your application and if you have any difficulty with any of the forms or have any questions, please contact us on the above contact details.

Dont take life too seriously,Always find time to laugh... Remember that laughter not only adds years to ur life,But adds more Life to ur Years....

It takes years to build trust but few seconds to destroy it.

Life is too short to wake up with regrets .
So help the people who treat you right. Forget about the one's who don't.
Believe everything happens for a reason. If you get a second chance, grab it with both hands. If it changes your life, let it.
Nobody said life would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.
